I love the idea of the deaf and blind pilot duo. My wife, however, quipped that we would actually be the first deaf, blind and dumb duo. In all seriousness, I think we should do it. It would be a great publicity stunt to raise money for both deaf and blind charities. What do you think? I’m pretty sure that I could get some financial and media attention from my contacts in the auto industry.

I’ll check out your website, but in the meantime, tell me where you’re located and how we could develop this idea. I think that it would be pretty cool to hatch the plot on-line and let everyone see this wild-ass idea develop. I look forward to hearing from you. Thoughts?

Me a deaf and you blind - I often joke at my speaking engagements that because I became the world’s first deaf and “blind” pilot (because of my instrument rating, you’re literally flying blind), I’d start the “Helen Keller Airways.” Audiences love it.
