		<description>David, Thank you so much for your thoughts.  I personally think that used car leasing is an untapped opportunity for most dealers.  It is particularly relevant to retailers of used high-line vehicles.  Specifically those dealers that are being leaned on by their manufacturer to buy the off-lease vehicles in order to earn incentives on new ones.</description>

		<description>The "back end" on a lease is a lot easier to make than on a retail contract.  It amazes me more F&#38;I and desk managers don't take better advantage, especially on pre-owned.  Of course, the OEM might cap you on a subvention, but that's not a factor with pre-owned.</description>
