I cannot thank you enough for taking my call today…and for keeeping an open mind.

Nice post.

Retailers, especially car dealers, need to realize the importance and power of online review & rating sites.

Last year, 51% of car shoppers searched online for reviews of specific car brands - and 33% searched for dealership reviews.

Offering this level of transparency to the consumer is so important; consumers want “real” information about dealerships.

I’m expanding our presence in this area as well - Matt is on my list of people to get in touch with…

I could not agree more with your comments. I worked for Matt over the past three and a half years while he was at Acton Toyota and he made me a believer in the power of third party testimonials such as the ones on DealerRater.com. How could I not believe in Dealer Rater after all it has done for Acton Toyota and what it is starting to do for the industry? Since we have been a certified dealer, we have been given great leads that we can close at a high percentage. I know that I will continue to promote Dealer Rater and Matt Lamoureux as he continues to change the way cars are sold!
