We have 4 or 5 copies and it is required reading for current as well as future management in our store.(an audio version might be nice.) This is a must read for anyone who considers themselves to be on top of their used car knowledge. For those who don't know where they stand in this game....I'm not worried about them reading Dale's book or this blog and actually updating their skillset. They're too busy holding administrative meetings, while we're busy taking their market share!
