		<description>I agree with many of your suggestions posted, however I also believe a respectable gross margin can still be achieved. The aquisition of the trade in at the curb, having a consistent and professional sales process in place on the show room floor, offering a full line of after sale products to every customer every time. This can still have a tremendous impact on your gross averages. I believe it to be a mistake, if we start lowering our expections of what our gross should be, rather then find ways to increase or maintain it.</description>
